Orientation for New Practitioners

Applicants for medical staff privileges and advanced practice allied health staff will recieve an orientation pack when privileges granted.

Orientation info consists of the following:

Medical Staff Roster
Listing of Department Directors
Board of Directors
EMTALA information
Unapproved abbreviations
Picture taking for ID Badge
Update/confirmation of information on file (addresses, phone/beeper numbers, etc.)
Map of hospital
