Target Audience:	All physicians and healthcare professionals having an interest in the topic.
Objectives:	To prepare participants in providing competent care for their patients and their familiies facing serious illness. To provide a forum for area clinicians specializing or interested in hospice and palliative care, and to discuss contemporary issues in this emerging specialty. To present a core curriculum in End-of-Life Care, and to prepare participants for specialty certification.
