Target Audience: Family Practice,Medical Oncology,Pulmonology,Radiation Oncology,Radiology, and all physicians and healthcare professionals having an interest in the topic.
Objectives:
  • To establish the evidence based individualized plan of care in multidisciplinary fashion for newly diagnosed or relapsed thoracic cancer patients, and to advance the standard of care.
  • To educate physicians of the latest conference and medical journal findings in regards to clinical care of thoracic oncology patients within the disciplines of thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology, pulmonology, radiology and pathology.
  • To discuss eligibility, feasibility, and efficacy in enrolling patients in appropriate, and open institutional research trials.
  • To provide a comprehensive overview regarding outside cases presented for analysis of efficacy of treatment implemented, and recommendation of farther follow up or interventions.
