Target Audience: Physicians and Leaders, and all physicians and healthcare professionals having an interest in the topic.
Objectives:
  • To describe the vision of Novant Health for 2010, and to discuss the role of PMG in achieving that vision.
  • TO discuss leader competencies of communication, teamwork, and decision making across various personality types.
  • To evaluate individual style in managing change and to describe the framework for that change.
  • To apply a model for conflict resolution/management in giving practice situation.
  • To identify opportunities to strengthen the service culture within the individual practice settings.
