Objectives:
  • To raise the level of awareness regarding the management of diabetes care.
  • To review clinical data from case audit.
  • To identify opportunities to improve the care of patients with diabetes based on clinical data.
  • To recognize provider educational needs through interactive discussion, and to facilitate implementation of treatment guidelines.
  • To provide education regarding specific quality measures as indicated.
