  • To provide updates on cardiovascular topics pertinent to primary care physicians, based on assessed learning needs.
  • To educate primary care physicians as to new research, findings, and shift in standards of cardiovascular disease.
  • To provide specific methods to improve patient care through the application of a multidisciplinary approach to cardiovascular disease.
